INTRUMENT FITTERS

Cut, thread, or hammer pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, or pipe benders.

Lay out fell scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, or related equipment, according to blueprints.

Assemble or secure pipes, tubes, fittings, or related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, or threading joints.
ANALYZER TECHNICIAN

NCCER CERTIFIED
-
Working knowledge with equipment such as CEMS, ABB 3501 IR, Rosemount Emerson GC, Siemens Maxum II GC, Yokogawa GC8000
-
Mass Spec, BTU, Paramagnetic and 02 analyzers.

Ability to troubleshoot and correct the causes of analyzer malfunction.
-
Knowledge of how to perform preventive or corrective maintenance on analyzers
-
Ability to read P&ID's, Spec sheets and loop sheets.
PLC PROGRAMMERS AND HMI DESIGNERS
-
NCCER CERTIFIED Instrument or Electrical Technician and
PLC/DCS experience (Omron, SIEMENS, Allen Bradley, Delta V, Modicon, Wonderware -
Design, program, and commission control systems.

SCADA system management, plant network management,
Control related software product installation, testing and troubleshooting.
GENERAL CONTRACT LABOR SERVICES

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time;

Performs work in enclosed (confined) spaces;

Performs work using high pressure water blasting equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipes, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, bundles, etc.);

Loads hoses, chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job onto the
ELECTRICIANS

Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.

Test electrical systems of continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
